Thanks for being here!
Sorry I’m late this week.
To be fair, Friday was my birthday.
I turned 33 on 8/8 ✨
If you’ve watched any of my Grounded Spirits videos, you’d know how much I love the ocean.
So naturally, that’s where I spent my birthday—swimming in the ocean with my family ❤
I wish I could say that I feel different—oh wait, maybe just because I don’t feel it, doesn’t mean that things aren’t different.
Here are all the things that have changed since my birthday (8/8-8/12):
- I ended a multi-year family war!
- I gave an anxiety-free podcast interview!
- I discovered a deeper well of my husband’s love ❤
- I discovered some deep meaningful forbidden truths about myself that I didn’t know before
- went deep into the root of my trust issues
- And this may be embarassing to say since I’m 15 years late, but I have consciously decided to fully enter adulthood and so I did.
- Turns out, I’ve been on the right path all along and I have to stop worrying and start full-heartedly enjoying life more.

- I started an Instagram account for The Ornelian!
- Now you can see the full collection of every post across all branches!
- I also created a new logo for The Ornelian using AI.
- It forgot the “The” lol
🎙 GROUNDED SPIRITS
- No new video this week. I’m trying something new so it’s taking a bit to learn the ropes. I’ll fill you in next week.
