THIS WEEK AT THE ORNELIAN (8/22/25)

Hello Friend,

Thanks for being here!

I still feel stuck. I feel repelled by the editing software on my computer — like I can’t even open it. I don’t know why.

Perhaps that’s why this week I solely focused on The Ornelian Framework— my pride and joy. The Ornelian Framework is a map of learning that categorizes, integrates, and explains all systems of knowledge as pathways to self-actualization. I’ll explain what this means and why it’s important in the ILA Institute section.

Without further ado, here are the updates of the week across all the branches of The Ornelian: Grounded Spirits, ILA Institute, PubLish, and Belasprii.

🌐 THE ORNELIAN

I started an Instagram account for The Ornelian!
- Now you can see the full collection of every post across all branches!
- I am still figuring out what I’m going to be putting on there.
- Here are my ideas so far:
  - Posts exploring what true luxury means when it includes mind, body, spirit, and soul
    - Ask myself daily: What was luxurious about today?
  - Posts explaining the third quadrant/how to get here:
    - #7 screams luxury
    - #8 comes in proximity to luxury

🎙 GROUNDED SPIRITS

I’m tired of saying “next week” I don’t know when the next video is coming out. I’m done forcing myself to do things I don’t want to do. I trust myself enough that I know that I’ll eventually get back into it. I know that I’ll miss it and when that happens our regularly scheduled programming will continue.

In other news,
- today the LA River touched me! I was sitting by her banks and she came up and splashed my little toe
- a lot of dream books have been finding their way to me so perhaps we shall dive deeper into dreaming soon
- the high priestess is next on our tarot journey
- I started looking into how to legitimize grounded spirits as a cannabis brand and the only affordable way is to have someone else grow them and just slap my label on it. I feel like it defeats the purpose of the brand. So I guess I have to wait until I have enough startup funds to start growing. If anyone has any advice, please let me know.

🌀 ILA INSTITUTE

I’ve been working on the Ornelian Framework and it’s finally done!!! You can find it here!
