Hello Friend,
Thanks for being here!
I wish I could say sorry about not having an update last week but I didn’t have any updates. I spent the week perfecting the Ornelian Framework once again. And while it’s still not perfect, it can at least withstand the first round of public consumption.
The Ornelian Framework is a map of how people know things—it shows different ways of learning and understanding the world, so anyone can figure out how to live their best, most fulfilled lives!
I have also been working on creating a sustainable schedule to post on social media across all companies and all platforms. I’ll describe more below. I’m getting close but it’s all theory right now. I’m still repelled by editing, yet I oddly miss it.
If you’re new here, I decided to stop forcing myself to do stuff. I’m trusting that I will eventually feel like it. It’s been working so far. I’ve been getting more done fast and better than ever before. I just have to be patient. When it comes to posting, I guess you have to be comfortable being patient too. Though it’s excruciating for me to let down the imaginary large audience that is my inner critic week after week, I know that creating the space to build a stronger relationship with myself by trusting myself to flow through life is well worth it.
Without further ado, here are the updates of the week across all the branches of The Ornelian: Grounded Spirits, ILA Institute, PubLish, and Belasprii.
🌐 THE ORNELIAN
- I have updated my Work With Me page to Book a Session page.
- I felt like “work with me” sounded more like let’s collab not let me help you spiritually.
- Go check out what sessions I’m currently offering! I’ve offered a new day (Thursdays!).
- I started an Instagram account for The Ornelian!
- I saw this post that said that you need story and polarity to be successful at social media. I’m going to outline that for each company. I hope you can use it as a guide filled with five examples for your future company/social media page!
- Story:
- The Ornelian is about living richly—in experience, aesthetics, and spirit.
- It celebrates luxury not as exclusivity, but as the recognition that everyone deserves beauty, dignity, and moments of indulgence.
- It’s a space:
- where spirit, soul, mind, and body are nourished,
- where fun and depth coexist,
- where growth happens with joy, intention, and freedom—never by force or unnecessary self-sacrifice,
- and where elegance is accessible, intentional, and transformative.
- Polarity:
- Against:
- Those who equate luxury with status, exclusivity, or empty materialism.
- Those who follow traditions blindly without questioning their value.
- Those who glorify forced work or self-sacrifice at the cost of joy.
- Those who prioritize show over substance or novelty over depth.
- For:
- Those who seek dignity, beauty, and luxury accessible to all.
- Those who value intentionality, presence, and mindful indulgence.
- Those who want to grow, evolve, and honor themselves without coercion or guilt.
- Those who enjoy play, depth, and thoughtful living simultaneously.
- Against:

🌀 ILA INSTITUTE
- I had very mixed reactions to the new “personal curriculum” trend going on on TikTok recently.
- At first I was super excited
- “finally people are ready to love learning like me”
- i never knew there were so many people that loved school like me
- Then i was sad because ive been working on ILA Institute for YEARS and i know that people have been waiting for it and i dont know why i have such a paralysis when it comes to putting myself out there. i wish i could just post incessantly but when i go to record NOTHING comes out. ive done the research. i know what im talking about. i have einstein level thoughts with the grammar structure of a preschoolers. i feel like i have to translate by thoughts to english excpet my thoughts are ONLY EVER in english (no matter how much i try for them to be in french and/or spanish) so its just super frustrating.
- i was scared that i had missed my chance and elizabeth jean the creator of the personal curriculum challenge would lead where i wanted ILA Institute to lead
- but then i thought wow thats ridiculous. multiple people can bring back the love of learning to the public forum.
- i was scared that i had missed my chance and elizabeth jean the creator of the personal curriculum challenge would lead where i wanted ILA Institute to lead
